A Pace In Frugality

Resources & Allowing Space

When it comes to the idea of wants and needs, many thoughts can arise to the surface.

As a younger woman of today's age, the two tend to become a bit entangled with one another. The first thing to remember is a matter of control is necessary for seperation and distinction. The economy is rapidly changing stance in the fact of what tools are available to accomodate and place in position. Learning to differentiate what may be needed for the week as far as self-care is a meer addition to the daily task set on the schedule. It is a header for how you begin your week! It is a standard that creates the tone for your month ahead. To develop a sense of strong security in your routine, the requirement for decisions to set yourself up for success becomes increasingly important as the days roll on. Read below to learn a bit more about this topic!

She's Just A Girl In The World

A need for the common schedule ahead is simple: Washing Your Hair

The year has kicked off to a pretty fast start so far! The day to day movements are in motion, have become a first-nature instinct, and are at the forefront for an appetizer. Within all of the mayhem, a want to check the item off for self-care becomes a need to ensure the time is taken for the activity. A known theme for the time period is allowing space. The matter of allowing space for yourself to do these things is key for ensuring that you do not forget to take care of you. It is a want, need, and requirement for the everyday.

A different perspective is looking at the amount of time being taken to do the task. The routine consists of: a shampoo, condition, and wash. When you take the time to do these, a deep condition may come to the table or even a hot oil treatment. When was the last time that you took the extra time to do something a bit more than the traditional wash? A moment to bathe in the experience of cleansing your hair, a ritual for all women since the beginning of time. Rather than a quick process to get to the next step of the day, it makes a difference to take your time and complete the full self-care step.

Frugality, All of The Senses

"The careful management of material resources; specifically heightened in finances" - Frugality (fru*gal*i*ty)

My parents always told me to be sparing or frugal of my resources as I begin to develop a stability of self growing up. Though it came to a detriment of my profile time and time again, I began to learn the importance of what this means more each day.

When times become trying and the economy goes through a recession, it is crucial to produce a routine of "spread" that works for you. For example, grocery shopping is a daily activity that can have a big effect on your quality of life. Choosing the budget allocation, type of product to focus on for the month, or whether you are shopping a bulk or normal purchase are a few factors that have individual categories for frugality. Whether you're in your mid-twenties or around that age, your eating habits and financial situation can tend to fluctuate which may make those choices harder in some months. In those times, some methods that may help are meal prepping, poultry-based shopping, and ingredient repetition.

  1. Meal Preperation
The act of intentional pre-packaging certain meals for a chosen period of time. In grocery shopping, purchasing more than one quantity of a product can not only create multiple meals but will last the longer period of time and ultimately save funds and time!
  2. Poultry-Based Shopping
Whether you are keen on cooking full dinners or prefer a lighter bowl with meats, choosing 1-2 poultry bases can be a great foundation for multiple dishes thorughout the month!
  3. Ingredient Repetition
Without the overcomplication of the activity, having a few steady favorites can make the grocery shopping experience a bit easier! It can vary from a spice choice or side dish - these tend to develop your taste palette and cooking skills.

An Effective Momentum

Though it may start as an adjustment for your lifestyle, adding in just a bit of frugal behaviors can create a high quality of life for the current times and even later on down the line. The great thing about this is there may be a few different ways to begin practicing it! Once you learn how the activity can serve your purpose or enhance your way of living, it can be a fruitful position to your everyday decisions.
