A certain feeling of completion comes to the surface when alevel of work has been accomplished. Similar to the feeling of setting yourself up for success, putting certain rulings in place to prepare for improvement have taken the mark for milestone. Once the structure is built, the real customization begins to take place.
Forming The Mold
With all great things comes time, patience, and determination. The days when you attended college sessions or seminars gave you a multitude of emotions. What once felt like a time that took a bit longer than initially anticipated later became a source of reference for structured thinking. When it came to working on a project or new lesson, the process incorporated researching, studying, and applying information. This same system came to be a background element of almost every decison that is to be made in life later on.
For finances, a key addition of ensuring that your current angle is "working" for your given situation is the concept of forming the mold that you created. When resources are applied and trust is built within your being, it will spread and multiply!
Alignment & Evolving
With all of the financial and development talk, the time for self-care is a must at a certain point! A great thing to remember is there is not a large pressure of needing to "get it right" or make the best decisions consistently. Eventually, the frugality phase evolves into a better circumstance which is the best sign! It shows that your systems and molds are working, you are on the right track.
With the friction that is undoubtedly applied in each level, the need for allowing growth is just as expected. As I get older. this step of the shift becomes more prevalent in the changing times.
Frugality taught us discernment, refinement is alignment.
This divulges into daily habits, quick decisions, and quality of information that will either stagnate or propel forward. The times are changing, overload increases by the ton. Putting these methods into practice not only allows for the mold to form substantially, but it helps you stay balanced for the pressures that come with the load.
Less, But Better
Intentionality is the root of less, better energy.
The modern day society is keen on the matter of minimalism. Condense words, clarity in content, even a smaller attention span. With that in daily habits or produced work - the foreground of getting your word across or best foot forward with full capacity is a lesson that becomes self-taught.
In finances, the mindset is a big factor in intentional spending. A few questions may arise -
- Rather than "Is this cheap?", it is "Is this sustainable?"
- "Is this worth the temporary satisfaction?"
Less waste, more value in all aspects. In wellness, your everyday tasks can bring many moods or emotions to the forefront. Overthinking in each step is a side effect of well produced result. After all, your best work is a resemblance of your ethic and production capacity. It's a natural piece of the process. However, the recent times have taught me that a sense of release may be all that it takes to contrast that matter.
The unconventional act of "writer's block" made it's way into the field when publishing this article. A simple time away or visit to a nearby coffee shop assisted in clearing that and completing the read. A light conversation with a friend was the antidote that cured the brief unwanted allergy. Through this, less pressure and overwhelm equates to more presence. A better flow. Less focus can be a thing that is needed from time to time, as long as you get back to the task!
As we continue through this month of learning literacy in finances and self, the milestones set are placed as a reminder of stance to receive. Frugality, Refinement, and Alignment are the first few steps in the journey of understanding and becoming our best selves!
