A part of the transition process in this stage involves stepping into the world and creating a role for yourself. In the position of a young woman in this day and age, it is important that we are aware of the challenges and limitations that may cause a few issues in the pursuit of becoming.

• Gender Pay Gap & Wage Disparities
  The International Labour Organization stated that gender wage gaps are widening in specific sectors, with the predominant section of earning being tied to the male gender.
  
  When selecting a career of your choosing, the amount of time that is dedicated to the work is reflected on a resume or cover letter. The process of applying in the career fields are divided into subfactors that take this matter into account as well as idealogies that are above our control. It is important to keep this fact in mind when moving through this process, as it can become a stressor in the pursuit.
  
  
• Limited Access to Education and Skills
  Young females also face barriers to quality education that may hinder progess in their selected career field. This is not equative to "hype" or superficial values. Cultural norms and inadequate infrastructure contribute to the limitation of resources available. Awareness of standard economical normalities aid in releasing the pressure from landing the career of your path. It serves as a reminder that with the constantly evolving culture and rise of women-led businesses, this matter is changing in the current times.

In Real-Time Experience

Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting a young woman in my workplace that works in the sports field. We were able to discuss college passions and information that tied to this nature. What stood out from our interaction is her interest in sports psychology. With the idea of sports, it is commonly known as an entertaining activity that displays athletes in action. Not so often, do we look at the background of the titanium that is encapsulated on a screen or in the field. There were some doubts that were expressed when pursuing a degree in this field due to the lack of programs that are offered in this area.

The great thing about this is that there has been a recent expansion of the programs in the recent times. When it comes to this idea, performance-based activities center the action and attendance of full capacity without the necessities of health that contribute to this. This can relate to general college efforts as well, it is important to prioritize your health (physical/mental), to be able to show up and complete your work to the best of your abilities.

As we see the improvements in these programs that not only aid in the underrepresentation of mental health and women-led agencies, it is a key factor to instill that information in real life encounters.

Intention, Future-Planning, & Systems

Becoming intentional in next steps is a strong supportive layer in customizing a system in your personal life. After completion of college programs, taking the leap into life is a vast milestone that crafts your journey for much exploration ahead.

Moving forward with the tool of a degree gives you the fuel to pursue any role of your choosing with confidence. Refinement in this stage allows for selectiveness, pace, and a steady foundation for the next phase in life. Gaining a clear understanding of how this fits into a mold for such a crucial stage is a way to make space for preparation.
