The start of the month has sprung upon the air, a time to check in on self is here! With the new season flair in motion, the energy to pour into daily tasks is renewed. Planning the month ahead, reaching out to loved ones, or getting some spring cleaning done are just a few examples of ways to get prepared for a fresh time ahead. Beginning a clean time period can provide a sense of renewal and refreshment to your palate. There are many different ways to set a schedule, guide for preperation, or list of reminders.

The Planting Layer

As we approach the month of May, moving forward with intention can assure that you not only complete tasks that are reoccuring in the times, but take time to pause and find clarity in every moment.
It is not a mere month by month mark of time, but a cherished moment that we encounter!

With this notion, adding a few new elements to your routine (related to self or familial aspects) can contribute more than a surface-level tier. Take into account current surroundings or environmental factors, creating a plan for you or your loved ones may be at it's highest ideality during this time than any other time.

  • What current piece is in my vicinity that may not be in the space for the next month? How can we enhance this at this time?
  • What are a few ways that I can try a different approach for my routine that may improve the next 7 months of the year?
  • How will I implement this structural system at the start and track this progress for myself to review?

The "new month madeau" can be a great time to set that intention for yourself. Rather than viewing as just another month, altering your viewpoint of the matter can change your lens of times overall.

The true effect of practicing systems in life will produce the most rivoting results in your everyday. The proof is in your mood, what you look forward to, or simply waking up with just a little more energy than the previous day!
